Dear Justin and Christina,

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for all your effort and expertise. From the initial moment of the retainer being signed, I felt a mountain of stress lifted. It’s so unjustly that insurance companies put their clients through stalking, surveillance, and copious measures just to collect on what was promised to us in the initial contract. Will they ever change? How many legal interventions does it take to make insurance entities want to do the right thing?
